Please follow these instructions for remote help.
- Click on the "Click Here to begin remote support session" button at the bottom of the page
- Save the file "North Sea PC Remote Help!.exe" to your desktop or downloads folder
- Double-click on the file "North Sea PC Remote Help!" if asked click on Run
- On Windows Vista & Windows 7 if "User Account Control" comes up click on "Yes"
- I will need you to give me the "Your ID" & "Password" for me to log into your computer
- Please note after I log off of your computer I WILL NOT be able to get back into your computer without the password it generates each time the program is started. This is for YOUR protection!
